Gratitude Meditation for Progress Made
Close your eyes.
Take a slow, generous breath in — let it fill you from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Exhale softly, and as you do, imagine releasing all the old versions of yourself that no longer serve.
Now, rest your awareness in the quiet truth: you have moved forward.
Perhaps not in leaps, not always in ways that others can see — but within you, the ground has shifted.
There is more space now for light, for ease, for trust.
Bring to mind one moment, one choice, one gesture — however small — that marked your progress.
Hold it gently in your chest.
Whisper thanks to the courage that carried you here.
Feel gratitude expand with your breath:
for the patience that steadied your hands,
for the wisdom that came from missteps,
for the body that kept showing up,
for the heart that stayed open even when it trembled.
Now imagine this gratitude as a warm current flowing through you —

down the arms, through the legs, into the earth —
where it roots and becomes strength.
When you are ready, place a hand over your heart and repeat quietly:
I honor my progress. I trust my path. I move forward in peace.
Stay here for a few breaths.
Then, with a soft smile, return — lighter, steadier, thankful.
