Good morning.
Short gratitude-for-music meditation (2 minutes)
- Sit comfortably. Let your shoulders drop.
- One slow inhale… hold softly… long, unhurried exhale. Do that twice more.
- Start the track or recall it. Picture the first note like a small light in a dark room.
- Notice one element—a bass roll, a pad, a tiny click—and thank it for showing up.
- Notice a second element. Thank the hands and minds that made it.
- Notice a third. Thank your own ears for catching it.
- Let the layers stack. With each breath out: thank you for rhythm, for release, for this morning.
- Widen the circle—gratitude for the space you’re in, the body you’re in, the day opening in front of you.
- One last steady inhale. On the exhale, carry a thin line of that music into whatever’s next.
